Since you mentioned it before, down at Theodore Berry park they used to do free Pilates classes. I dont know if they still do, but it might be worth looking into.

I also have a 54cm Cannondale R4000 w/Dura-Ace
Both bikes have LOOK pedals.
They are available.
If your friend is looking to train, take them to Caesars Creek and let'em do a lap around the lake. hehehe....

I mean, the Greek Fest always seems to be a big success but that's a once a year thing. I dont know how much interest there would be in a Greek restaurant other than what there is now.
People in Cincinnati would not eat real Greek food anymore than they will eat real Indian.
There's an Indian place not far from us that will spice according to taste. Trav likes a lot more heat than I do, but given enough nan, I can tolerate spicy Indian food. Last time we were there we ordered an eight (on a scale of one to 10) and I was wondering where the spices were.
